The Ballston Quarter Pedestrian Bridge located in Arlington, Virginia is an enclosed walkway linking Ballston Quarter, Ballston Exchange, the metro and the surrounding city. The project was created to serve the community’s needs and goals. In order to achieve this, we brought together local residents, business owners, the developer and the county government in a series of community meetings to develop the project’s goals and provide an open forum for dialogue and consensus.
