The Linc Coworking Space Architecture Project
About The Linc Coworking Space Architecture
We love to create inspiring coworking space architecture that is distinct and builds community. This type of space is critical for the global network of creators living in and around The Linc.
The Linc Cleveland coworking space caters to individuals who are searching for places where they can have meaningful experiences and interactions. Creatives bring their true selves to every interaction; they care and look for places that are equally as unique. We sought to create the perfect coworking space architecture for these individuals.
Our Cleveland Linc Coworking Space Solution
The coworking space architecture design needed to foster a culture around collaboration, community, learning, and sustainability. The norm should be personable interactions, kindness, and opportunities for meaningful interactions. The 10,000 square foot center houses a variety of spaces for working, conferencing, and socializing. We also included a state-of-the-art fitness center and a demonstration kitchen for regular cooking classes.
Art dominates the space. We designed ceiling and wall graphics throughout the facility to unify the space and provide periodic focal points. Designed in the 1960s style of Roy Lichtenstein, the graphics depict iconic scenes and images of Cleveland rendered in “Ben-Day” dots.
